Almost two and a half years on I am still training with William and loving every (well nearly!) minute of it. Whether at the gym or - more recently - outdoors he always comes up with fresh ways of doing things (I never thought I'd be doing squats or push ups and the like on a random log on Aberdeen beach!), keeping me interested and on my toes!

I'm also still at my target weight nearly two years since reaching it, I know I couldn't have done this without William's help and encouragement and the odd butt kick here and there!

I have been on more diets than I care to remember & each time I have given up. Exercise was alien ot me & I had never even thought about going to the gym. One day that all changed & I came to the gym just for a look. I found out that I actually quite enjoyed it.

Then I started having sessions with William & he has helped with the motivation i needed to keep coming to the gym every week. William gives me that extra push and reminds me why I am doing this. I know that losing weight is down to coming to the gym & I feel so much better in myself.
